If you're looking to stay cool, health experts recommend that you wear loose, light-colored clothing and stay hydrated.
Staying hydrated before you're thirsty is key, as it can help your body regulate internal temperate, according to the CDC. Getting too hot can make you sick. You can become ill from the heat if your body can’t compensate for it and properly cool you off, health experts say.
