Winter Storm Warning issued for SE Wisconsin counties, up to 8" expected for some

A Winter Storm Warning has been issued from Saturday at 6 p.m. to Sunday at 6 p.m. CST for Kenosha, Racine, Washington, Ozaukee, Milwaukee, Walworth, and Waukesha Counties.

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued from Saturday at 6 p.m. to Sunday at 6 p.m. for Sheboygan, Fond du Lac, Dodge, and Jefferson Counties.

A winter storm moving in Saturday night could bring several inches of snow for southeastern Milwaukee counties.

Closer to the lake, six to eight inches of snow could be in store; inland counties could see anywhere from two inches up to six.

There is a Winter Storm Warning for several counties in SE Wisconsin, including Waukesha, Milwaukee, Kenosha, Racine, Ozaukee, Washington, and Walworth from 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 31.

Snow will fall the heaviest late Saturday night into Sunday morning. If you need to go out during that time, proceed with caution.
