Storms move out, cold temperatures move in

After another day with highs in the 70s and some humidity, the cold front fired up storms this afternoon and early evening. Those have now moved out over the lake and scattered showers will linger until 8 p.m.

The wind is increasing and as the front moves through gusts will be 40-50 mph. All of SE WI is under a wind advisory until 4am. Temps will drop to near freezing by morning with wind chills in the 20s.

At least the wind is 10-20 mph in the morning. Wednesday is sunny and chilly with highs in the low to mid 40s. The wind becomes lighter as well.

Thursday is sunny and seasonal with a high of 52 and we could see a few showers Thursday night with another cold front. Friday is sunny, breezy and cold with a high of 40.

Saturday is a dreary, windy and rainy day with highs in the 40s and a chance for a few snowflakes mixing in during the morning hours. We see more sunshine on Sunday with highs in the low 50s.
