Afternoon severe weather erupted near the state line and hit Walworth, Racine, and Kenosha counties very hard before 5pm with tornadoes, damaging winds, and flooding rain. The severe threat is done and the leftover light rain will be out of here before 7pm. The rest of the evening sees clearing and much drier air moving into the area. Before the rain, dew points were in the mid 70s....very thick and tropical. By 10 p.m. dew points will be in the 50s...very comfortable. In fact, open the windows tonight with lows in the 50s inland to lower 60s in Milwaukee. Tuesday is beautiful! You will enjoy sunshine, low humidity, and highs near 80.
If you like Tuesday's weather, you will be spoiled with those beautiful conditions on Wednesday and Thursday as well. Friday is in the lower 80s and a little more humid with a few isolated t'showers. The weekend is very warm and steamy once again with scattered t'storms. Enjoy the rest of the week.
