It was a cold and frosty morning with temps in the teens for everyone...and we had sunshine. The clouds returned before noon and it has been mostly cloudy since with highs in the mid 30s. The southerly breeze has kept wind chills in the 20s. These clouds are with a very weak storm system that will bring a very light rain/snow late tonight and early Saturday. No accumulation is expected, and the rain is very light. It will be a dreary Saturday with drizzle throughout the afternoon with highs in the upper 30s.
Sunday has some sunshine with highs in the mid to upper 30s and a brisk breeze. Another weak system arrives on Monday with a light rain/snow mix and highs in the mid to upper 30s. Tuesday is sunny and mild with a high of 40, and yet another storm arrives for Wednesday. This is light precip as well, but our best chance for a White Christmas. Then it gets windy and cold behind this storm. Thursday has highs in the teens along with a strong wind. Wind chills will be near 0 all day. Christmas morning is in the single digits with sunshine and highs in the teens once again.
