We started the day with frost and lows in the 20s and 30s. We also had some sunshine with highs in the 40s, but clouds increased during the day and the light rain started after 4pm…just in time for trick or treating. The wind increases this evening to 15-30 mph, and the rain intensity also increases later in the evening and overnight. We could see up to an inch of rain. The rain moves out before sunrise with lows near 40, so Sunday is mostly sunny, breezy and mild with highs in the mid to upper 50s. It will be much better for trick or treating.
Behind a cold front, Monday is mostly cloudy and cooler with a high in the upper 40s. Rain moves in by evening, and rain is likely Monday night into Tuesday morning. There is a good chance to see snowflakes mixed in with the rain as well. Tuesday afternoon partly cloudy and cold with a high of 44. Wednesday is breezy and cold with highs near 40, and another storm system moves in Wednesday night and Thursday with rain and snow likely, highs struggling to hit 40 and strong winds over 30 mph. This storm could bring our first accumulating snow of the season…stay tuned.
