Sun is back Saturday with highs in the 30s

The heavy rain has moved out and the cold air has moved in with temps in the lower 40s, wind chills near 30 and some drizzle.

It will be a cold evening for high school football with wind chills in the 20s, and by morning it will be frosty with lows in the upper 20s inland to 31 in Milwaukee. This would be Milwaukee's first freeze of the season.

It has been a dreary few days but the sun is back for Saturday with highs only in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Another plus is a light breeze. Enjoy the sun on Saturday because clouds return on Sunday with showers likely in the afternoon. Highs will only be in the lower 40s. Areas north of Milwaukee could see a few snowflakes mixing in with the rain.

Monday's high is 40 with a scattered light rain/snow mix. No snow accumulation is expected. The sun is back on Tuesday with a high of 41 and Wednesday warms up to 47. It is a sunny week with temps way below normal. The average high temp is 58.
