Last night’s cold front created a spectacular light show with all the lightning, and provided much needed rain. Most areas picked up 0.5” to 1” of rain. It was cooler and less humid today with highs near 80 and a lot of sun. Tonight is clear and comfortable with lows in the mid 60s in Milwaukee to upper 50s inland. There is a chance for some patchy fog. Wednesday is sunny and warm with highs in the mid 80s (even at the lakefront) thanks to a SW wind to 20 mph. There is also be some humidity, and with a cold front moving through the state, there is another slight risk for most of the state late Wednesday afternoon and into the evening.
Behind that cold front, Thursday is sunny and comfortable with highs in the upper 70s, sunny and low humidity. Expect more of the same for Friday with a high of 77. Saturday gets back to 80 inland, but the lakefront will be in the mid 70s with a light easterly breeze. Sunday has a few spotty showers with more humidity and a high of 80.
