Quiet, cold, and dry Monday night before Tuesday snow

We are gearing up for our first significant snowfall of the season! Tonight will be mostly cloudy with lows in the teens. Tuesday starts off dry but late in the afternoon, snow will begin to move into the area from west to east; expect highs in the lower 30s on Tuesday. Between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning between 2-5” of snow will be possible. On Wednesday, snow will mix with rain at times; expect minor additional accumulations. Highs on Wednesday will range from the mid to upper 30s.

We will get a brief break from the precipitation on Thursday with partly cloudy skies and highs in the mid 30s. Friday will be cloudy with a good chance for more snow in the morning and then a wintry mix in the afternoon; expect highs in the low to mid 30s.
