Pleasant Monday expected with high of 35

and last updated

After 2-4” of snow across SE Wisconsin last night, today has been cloudy and quiet with highs in the 20s. We are tracking more snow showers for later this evening and tonight that could cause travel issues for Packers fans driving home. Milwaukee and areas south are expecting less than 1” by sunrise, while areas north of Milwaukee will see 1-3” of fluff.

A few lingering flurries are possible for the morning commute, otherwise expect wet and slushy roads to start the day. Monday stays mostly cloudy with a high of 35…melting some of that snow.

Tuesday morning will have light rain/snow mix early, then it becomes sunny and windy with a high of 42. Wednesday has a light wind with highs near freezing and afternoon flurries and light snow. Less than 1” is expected.

Behind that cold front, Thursday is sunny and seasonably cold with a high of 26. We are already tracking the next big storm which gets here on Friday. It will be windy and mild with highs in the mid 30s. As a result, we will have a heavy wintry mix most of the day before it changes to snow in the late afternoon, evening and night. This storm will linger into Saturday morning. Stay tuned for this storm throughout the week.
