Nice, mild but more clouds Thursday

and last updated

Skies will be mostly cloudy today with showers approaching from the west. There is a chance a few of those showers make it here for the evening commute. High temperatures remain in the 60s. The winds pick up, and rain is likely tonight. Lows tonight fall to only about 60.

More rain is on the way for Friday. We could see a total of 0.50" to 1.0" of rain. A cold front sweeps the area Friday evening, and temperatures will crash. We quickly dip into the 30s Friday night. This may be our first frost or even freeze of the season. The weekend looks windy, cloudy and chilly. Highs will be only in the 40s. We may see a few light showers Sunday, which may mix with a few snowflakes north of Milwaukee.
