The morning fog took a long time to burn of so we stayed in the upper 30s. There was a damp chill in the air. By early afternoon, the sun started to make it through the clouds and we warmed into the mid 40s. The fog continues to be an issue along the lakefront while inland areas are fog free. Temps will remain near 40 this evening and drop into the mid 30s for Christmas morning with more fog. By afternoon, we will see a little bit of sun with highs near 50.
The spring temperatures and dry conditions continue the rest of the week with Thursday being cloudy with a high of 54…that is a record! Friday is sunny and cooler with high temps in the lower 40s. That is still 10 degrees above normal. We are tracking our first precip in 2 weeks for Saturday with rain and highs near 50. The rain will be heavy at times and it will be windy. The rain changes to snow Saturday night and Sunday has a wintry mix with gusty winds and highs near 40. Up North could see a lot of snow over the weekend…stay tuned.
