Milwaukee weather Thursday: Patchy fog with chance of light drizzle

and last updated

Yesterday we woke up to single digits and teens…this morning mid to upper 30s thanks to a strong southerly wind. We had more sunshine than expected today and that got high temps into the mid to upper 40s along with a strong south wind to 30 mph. Clouds are increasing ahead of a weak cold front that arrives this evening. We will also see some patchy fog and drizzle before midnight. Friday morning is mostly cloudy and frosty with a light breeze and lows in the mid to upper 20s…colder but still 5-10 degrees above normal. Friday is partly to mostly cloudy with a high of 35 and a light breeze. There is a chance for flurries and light snow Friday night with less than a half inch of accumulation.

After some morning flurries, Saturday is partly cloudy with a high of 32. We warm back into the upper 30s on Sunday with a slight chance for a light rain/snow mix…most of that stays north of us. Central and northern Wisconsin will see a few inches of snow on Sunday. Monday is partly cloudy and breezy with a high of 36. Tuesday has flurries and light snow with a high of 32, and that is it for snow next week.
