Milwaukee weather Thursday: Cloudy and windy, with a chance for afternoon rain and snow showers

and last updated

It was a dreary day with flurries, sleet and drizzle at times, but a strong SW wind to 30 mph warmed us up to 43 in Milwaukee…much warmer than the teens and low 20s of Wednesday.

Tonight is mostly cloudy and mild with a low of 31. We stay cloudy on Friday with a high near 40 and a light breeze so it will feel warmer.

By evening, there is a chance for a light rain/snow mix. That weak system is here until Saturday morning with light snow. Just a dusting of snow is expecting. The rest of the day is mostly cloudy, breezy and cool with a high of 34. Behind the cold front, Sunday is sunny, breezy and cold with highs in the lower 20s. Another chance for snow moves in Monday afternoon. Stay tuned…we will have to get the shovels out.
