It was another frosty morning with lows in the teens and lower 20s, and this week has been amazing with the sunshine and mild afternoon temps. That trend continued today with highs near 40, sunshine and a brisk southerly wind at 20 mph. After a beautiful week, we have a little hiccup this evening with a weak storm system and warm front. Clouds have moved in and a light rain/snow mix will be here after 7 pm and be out of here by 2 am. Don't worry about shoveling because we are getting less than a half inch of snow and it will quickly melt on Saturday. Saturday is sunny and beautiful with highs in the mid to maybe upper 40s, and a light breeze.
Another weak system moves in Sunday morning with drizzle, flurries and freezing drizzle, but again that quickly melts with an afternoon high of 44. It will be a windy day with NW winds gusting to 30 mph. Monday is the cold day of the week with a high of 31 and gusty winds dropping wind chills into the teens. It is a brief cool down because Tuesday is back to 40, Wednesday 45 and Thursday 47 with a lot of sun...spring fever.
