Since last night most of the area has picked up over an inch of snow and more is on the way for tonight through Saturday. Light snow will continue for tonight with lows in the lower 30s. An additional 1-2” of accumulation will be possible. On Friday temperatures will warm into the mid to upper 30s, causing the snow to mix with sleet or rain at times, especially closer to the lake. The heaviest round of snow will head our way Friday night into Saturday morning.
During this time frame an additional 2-4” of snow looks likely.
The snow will begin to taper off by Saturday afternoon, giving way to cloudy and temperatures in the 30s. On Sunday there will be a slight chance for some flurries otherwise expect mostly cloudy skies with highs in the upper 30s. Monday & Tuesday will be mostly cloudy and mild with highs in the mid to upper 30s. There will be a chance for a rain/snow mix on Wednesday with highs in the mid 30s.
