Today was the warmest day since we hit 50 on Nov. 4. Today was sunny and 49, and it felt great. Clouds increase this evening and it will be mild and foggy with lows near 40. Rain moves in after 2am, and it will be heavy at times along with a gusty southerly wind. The rain and the fog will be around for the morning commute and until mid afternoon. The high temp will be near 50, but it won’t feel that nice with the rain, fog and a 35 mph wind throughout the day. on Thursday. Most of the area will see 0.5” to 1” of rain. That could have been 5-10” of snow is cold like last week.
Behind the cold front, Friday is mostly sunny and colder with a high of 37. At lrast the wind will be light so there won’t be much additional wind chill. Saturday and Sunday are also sunny and pleasant with highs near 40 and lows in the 20s. There won’t be any snow on the ground in southern Wisconsin this weekend, but the weather will be pleasant.
