After a cold Sunday, we woke up to a dusting of light snow that made streets slick, but that quickly melted with some sun and highs near 30. Tonight has a few clouds early and then clears out with morning frost and lows in the teens. We get to enjoy the sun the first half of the day and temps warm up to 30 by noon, then the clouds increase with flurries after 4pm along a cold front. Wednesday morning will be clear and cold with lows in the single digits and wind chills near 0.
Wednesday is sunny and breezy with a high of 18 and wind chills near 10. It is a brief cold snap with another warm front in here by Thursday bringing sun and mid 30s. Friday is sunny and 40 and the weekend continues to be sunny and quiet for travelers with highs in the lower 40s. If you are hoping for a White Christmas, you will have to go to northern Wisconsin. Southern Wisconsin stays sunny and mild for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with highs near 40.
