The sun looked and felt great today with highs in the lower 50s but don't get used to it. Clouds return this evening and a few showers will be in the area by 10pm. Rain is likely after midnight and we could see up to a half-inch by morning. This will be rain with lows in the low 40s. Rain is likely Thursday morning until noon and will be heavy at times, and then we stay cloudy with scattered showers in the afternoon. Afternoon temps will get close to 60 in Milwaukee while areas near the state line will be in the 70s thanks to a warm front.
The heaviest rain is Thursday night into Friday morning ahead of the next cold front. There will be thunder showers and SW winds will gust to 30 mph. Friday's high is in the low 50s early in the morning. The wind shifts to the NW and temps drop into the lower 40s for the afternoon with some sun. Saturday morning is near 32 and we are sunny all day with a high of 46. Rain is likely on Sunday, especially in the afternoon, with a high of 48.
