Brian Gotter (and Bango!) break down the evening forecast

and last updated

We get to enjoy another dry day on Wednesday with a lot of sun early and highs near 40. The issue was a NW wind gusting at 25 to 38 mph all day. Clouds also increased by late afternoon, and while they are dark, no rain or snow is expected. It remains mostly cloudy tonight with a lighter wind and a frosty low of 27. Thursday is mostly cloudy with only a chance for sprinkles as a weak cold front moves through the state. High temps will be near 40 with a light wind.

Behind the front, Friday is sunny and breezy with high temps struggling to get to 32. Saturday is sunny and breezy with a SW wind to 20 mph warming us to 40. After 6 days of dry weather, clouds and isolated light rain showers return on Sunday with a high of 44. Winds will be gusting to 25 mph. If you miss the rain on Sunday, you won’t miss the wintry mix on Monday with highs in the 30s, or the snow and strong winds on Tuesday with highs in the 20s.
