Wednesday's nice weather was short-lived thanks to a cold front this morning that brought spotty showers, clouds, NE winds gusting to 40 mph and wind chills in the low 30s.
The wind will diminish to 5-15 overnight with lows near 30 in Milwaukee to 26 inland. A few areas will have morning wind chills in the teens. High pressure rolls overhead for Friday with more sunshine and a NE breeze at 5-15 mph. We need the sun because highs will barely get above 40. The weather is dry and cold Friday evening for high school football with temps in the lower 30s by the end of the game. At least the wind is light.
A warm front moves in for Saturday which is great news for trick or treaters as highs get into the mid 50s with sunshine. The issue will be a southerly wind at 25-40 mph. As rapidly as we warm up, the temps fall Sunday with the next cold front arriving late Saturday night. That strong south wind shifts to the NW at 25-45 mph all day Sunday with highs in the upper 30s. It will be a bad day for kicking and passing at Lambeau. Wind chills will be in the teens all day. Monday is sunny, breezy and chilly with highs in the mid 40s.
