Some Fog Then Sun

and last updated

Areas of fog are possible overnight as the skies start to clear out and temperatures fall into the low to mid-40s. Sunday may start with some patchy fog but other than that it will be a beautiful fall day with a light wind and blue skies by the afternoon with temperatures climbing close to 60 degrees.

Enjoy it and get any outdoor work done because a more powerful storm system arrives on Monday to bring clouds, rain and wind gusts topping 35mph. Highs will be in the low 60s but with the clouds, rain and wind it won't feel that nice outside, many locations will see a third to two-thirds of an inch of rainfall by Tuesday morning when the rain will come to an end. The wind will not calm down despite the rain exiting the area, gusts may reach 40 mph on Tuesday behind the cold front that will knock temperatures into the low 50s for Tuesday afternoon.

Wednesday and Thursday is when you can rake all the leaves that fell from the rain and wind early in the week as the wind won't be as strong and there will be a mix of clouds and sun with temperatures in the low 50s. Another cold front brings a small chance for rain on Friday morning but mainly knocks temperatures into the 40s with lows in the 30s. There will be no more Frost Advisories or Freeze Warnings this year as most locations have seen enough frost to end the growing season.
