The 12-0 Badgers will make yet another appearance in the Big Ten Football Championship Game this weekend.

Wisconsin will play Ohio State (10-2) Saturday night at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Season ticket holders Allan and Patty Krumsee are making the trip.

"The fans will be great on both sides, and I think the teams will be very evenly matched," said Patty Krumsee.

Morgan Snyder, a spokesperson for Visit Indy, said Badger fans are familiar with the city after making appearances in previous conference title games there.

Fans hoping to make the trip this weekend can still find hotel rooms downtown, but they're going quickly.

"I would tell you to book them right now," Snyder said.

She said a fan fest is planned at the Indiana Convention Center ahead of the big game. It will include a Wisconsin pep rally.

There's also a large, free fan festival and tailgate planned right outside of the convention center, on Georgia Street, which will feature food and music.

"You can find street parking very easily in the city, and then there are tons of parking garages around the stadium," Snyder said.

She added there are plenty of restaurant and entertainment options within walking distance of the stadium too.

The UW Alumni Association said the university was allocated 10,000 tickets for the game, and those already sold out.

If the Badgers win this weekend, they'll likely earn a spot in the College Football Playoff.

But win or lose, the team is destined for a major bowl game in January.

Fans hoping to travel to the bowl game can put down a deposit on an all-inclusive package at uwalumni.com.

The bowl game options do include the College Football Playoff, and the packages run from $1,000 to $3,000 per person.
