Last night’s light snow only amounted to less than a half inch, but the roads were very slippery from that powdery snow. We woke up to a warmer morning with temps near 20, but a brisk wind kept wind chills near 10. While we stayed mostly cloudy, some sun appeared at times during the afternoon with a high temp struggling to hit 30. Tonight is mostly clear and cold once again with lows in the teens inland to 20 in Milwaukee. Friday is mostly sunny and in the mid to upper 30s with a light northerly breeze. It will feel “nice” after this cold snap.
Clouds increase on Saturday with a high of 37, and light snow is possible Saturday night into Sunday morning. At this time, less than 1” of accumulation is possible. Any snow we get will melt in the afternoon with light rain, drizzle and highs near 40. Monday is mostly cloudy with a high of 40, and Tuesday has a chance for light rain/snow mix with a high of 41.
