The Green Bay Packers' often-injured Pro Bowl-caliber linebacker is again hurt.
The Packers say Clay Matthews injured his groin in the first half of Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens.
Matthews missed five games in this 2016 season, and though he had not missed any games the previous two years, he has suffered numerous injuries in his nine-year career that have affected his effectiveness.
He only has 13 sacks the last three seasons after 11 alone in 2014.
