GREEN BAY — The Green Bay Packers have officially clinched the top seed in the NFC and will have home field advantage throughout the playoffs.

The Packers (13-3) secured thanks to some familiar faces this season; Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams. Rodgers broke his own franchise record for scoring passes in a season (48).

Adams, on the other hand, also had a record-setting performance for himself too. Adams, alongside Sterling Sharpe, is now the team's leader in touchdown receptions for a season (18) and receptions for a season (115). He played in just 14 of the team's 16 games this season.

Before Sunday's 35-16 win against the Bears, the Packers had already clinched the division title as of Dec. 13. Sunday's win moved the Packers to 19-3 in their last 22 games against their division rival. The Bears are still headed to the playoffs despite the loss thanks to the Arizona Cardinals losing to the Los Angeles Rams.

As a result of being the NFC's top team, the Packers will have a first-round bye next week before playing again in the Divisional Round.
