MILWAUKEE — Two Antetokounmpo's is better than one right? Well the Milwaukee Bucks can officially say they have two Antetokounmpo's now.
The Bucks signed Giannis' older brother Thanasis. For the last two years, the elder Antetokounmpo played with Panathinaikos of the Greek Basket League. He helped the team to two league titles. Last season he averaged 4.9 points and 2.5 rebounds in 55 games. He was named the leagues Most Spectacular Player in 2017-18.
The 26-year-old was picked by the New York Knicks in the second round of the 2014 draft. He only played in two NBA games with them.
He has plenty of G League experience averaging 12.3 points and 5.1 rebounds over three seasons and twice was named G League All-Defensive second and third team honors.
