MILWAUKEE — Redemption came for the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 2 as they beat Boston 123 to 102.

The game had people without tickets standing outside in the cold and rain to watch.

“We couldn’t get tickets so I wanted him to experience it down here,” said Steve Hoffman pointing to his teenage son.

“This is great," said Collin Miller, Milwaukee. "We got this nice arena. This nice big TV. Why not?”

“I’m dressed for all weather," said Reggie Trussell, Racine. "I’ve got my hat, poncho, the whole works."

They all were part of the crowd in The Beer Garden outside Fiserv.

Three generations of Conoms came from Sun Prairie to watch the game Tuesday night. It’s been 18 years since the last time the Bucks made it to the second round of the playoffs so Jamie Conom wasn’t missing a chance to go with his son and grandson.

“I have been following the Bucks for a long time," said Conom. "Call me a fool or what cause they have had some bad years and we are finally really enjoying it."

It seems no one wants to miss out on history.

“Wisconsin is not a quitting state," said Trussell. "We’re diehards we are going all the way."

You do not have to go to Boston to watch Game 3. There will be a viewing party at the plaza outside Fiserv Forum on Friday.
