Giannis partners with Ready Nutrition, donates 34,000 bottles of water to MPS and healthcare workers

MILWAUKEE — Reigning NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo has partnered with the sports nutrition company Ready Nutrition and will help donate 34,000 bottles of the sports drink and protein bars to Milwaukee Public Schools.

This is part of Antetokounmpo's new investment in the company that gives him part-ownership of 8-year-old nutrition company.

The announcement was made on the sport drink start-up's website, "As one of Giannis’s first initiatives at the Company, Milwaukee Public School students will receive 34,000 bottles of Ready Water and 34,000 Ready Protein Bars to be included with their daily meal program. There will also be an additional 34,000 bottles of Ready Water donated to Milwaukee area healthcare workers to support their efforts."

The Greek Freak will also be hosting online segments that will promote and teach young athletes about sports nutrition.

This is Giannis's first brand investment.
