Giannis Antetokounmpo has been a favorite to win MVP all season according to Bucks fans. Now as the regular season comes to an end, it seems the 'Greek Freak' has the support from the rest of the nation.
Sports Insider recently conducted research on geotagged Twitter data in the past month, tracking tweets about the MVP race between Giannis and Houston Rockets guard James Harden.
According to the results, Giannis is the favorite in 41 out of 50 states. The Bucks superstar was even favored in Harden's home state of California.
The MVP won't be announced until the NBA season ends in June but having this big of a lead may be a good sign for Giannis heading into the playoffs.
