Fiserv Forum food menu keeps it local

Posted

The Fiserv Forum is days away from opening and we got a sneak peek at the menu beforehand.

Chef Kenneth Hardiman formerly of Mason Street Grill is leading the culinary team and unprecedented locally-focused menu at the Fiserv Forum.

He says Klement's will not just be providing their typical hot dogs and brats at the Forum.

"We've collaborated with them to create two specialty sausages for us that you're only going to find in the forum itself," said Hardiman.

Those sausages are buffalo chicken and a cheddar cheese and beer polish.

Other establishments are serving specialty foods at the arena as well including a Wisconsin brat and beer cheese pizza from Palermo's Pizza, a decadent Sargento mac and cheese and to wash it all down, local beers from Drink Wisconsinbly.

As for Milwaukee restaurants, Sobelman's burgers, various items from the Laughing Taco, meats from Iron Gate Barbecue and fish from Fresh Fin Poke will also be on the menu.

And that's just for the first level. Once you reach the mezzanine the options expand to a brat burger with beer mustard, jalapeño chicken sandwich and loaded buffalo fries with blue cheese fondue.
