TORONTO -- Comedian Hannibal Buress may not have gotten the most face time during the TV broadcast of Game 3 between the Milwaukee Bucks and Toronto Raptors (coughDRAKEcough) , but he certainly made his presence known all the same.
Buress doesn't appear to really have a horse in the race, as the Chicago-born performer cheers for the languishing Bulls. But who wouldn't want to take in some NBA playoffs action when given the chance? And so he went to to Scotiabank Arena to cheer for the home team -- except, that's not exactly went down.
At some point during the game, Buress started booing whenever the Toronto Raptors went to the charity stripe to shoot free throws. You can watch for yourself on Twitter:
They got mad at me for booing meanwhile every time the @Bucks were at the line, these guys wouldn't shut up. Hypocrites. Where's the balance? See you at Game 4.

Clearly, the Canadian fans in the video weren't really taken with Hannibal's cheering tactics. After taking some heckles, he shouted back at the crowd "it's basketball, it doesn't matter."
Perhaps it's that combination of booing and basketball nihilism that sparked the self-given nickname 'The Passionate Bandwagoner.'

See you at Game 4, indeed. Maybe wear a Bucks jersey this time, like Gucci Mane?
