MILWAUKEE — A sign that will run more than half a football field long, but won't be visible unless you're watching a game on TV, has been planned for Milwaukee's new arena.
According to our partners at the Milwaukee Business Journal, Fiserv Forum and the Milwaukee Bucks will place an orange, illuminated sign on top of the arena. One can assume this sign is for aerial broadcasts of games.
The 191-foot sign will be installed by contractor Jones Sign Co. Inc. of De Pere. The tallest letters will measure 51 feet, 11 inches.
As for what may happen with the rest of the roof, the team has not released any plans.
