MILWAUKEE — Soon, you'll be saying goodbye to Miller Park and hello to American Family Field.
New signage is expected to be in place at what is now called Miller Park by February, our business partners at the Milwaukee Business Journal reported Monday, and we have a first look.
The signs are expected to cost around $1.6 million with one sign facing I-94 that is 43-feet-tall and 95-feet-wide.
Other new signs would put American Family’s name over the scoreboard, exterior stadium clock tower and painted on the top of the central roof panel for aerial photos, our news partners the Milwaukee Business Journal said.
While the signs are being designed and built, the stadium remains as Miller Park until the new year. That is when the contract with MolsonCoors expires, and the contract with American Family Insurance begins.
