MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee Brewers' current winning streak is starting to get fans free food in the Milwaukee area.
After the Brewers' win against the Colorado Rookies on Friday, the owners of Sobelman's in Milwaukee had to make good on a four-year promise -- free burgers if the Brewers won ten games in a row.
The Brewers did just that.
"This is the 4th year that I've made the promise," Dave Sobelman said. "It's rare that a team goes you know 10 games in a row, I didn't think this was going to happen."
The offer is good on Monday, October 8th from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the restaurant on St. Paul Ave., in downtown Milwaukee.
However, there are a few rules:
1) Offer good for dining-in only.
2) One single patty burger per person.
3) No other discounts or promotions.
4) Parties limited to 4 guests.
5) No reservations.
George Webb is also preparing for a 12-wins-in-a-row hamburger giveaway. The Brewers are one win away from making this giveaway happen.
