MILWAUKEE -- Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop and new Milwaukee Brewers archrival Manny Machado has reportedly been fined for a play in NLCS Game 4 that many have described as dirty.
Machado has been fined an undisclosed amount for apparently clipping Jesus Aguilar's leg as he ran to first base in the 10th inning of a tense Game 4, as The Athletic's Ken Rosenthal first reported:

The Dodgers' trade deadline-acquisition is not expected to be suspended for his actions.
Brewers MVP Christian Yelich made it clear after Game 4 Tuesday night that he doesn't think Machado clipped Aguilar accidentally, saying "it's a dirty play by a dirty player."
Game 5 of the NLCS is sure to be filled with drama as a result. First pitch is at 4:05 p.m. Wednesday at Dodger Stadium.
