MILWAUKEE — Backpacks and other bags with multiple compartments will be banned from Miller Park under its new policy.

The updated bag policy will go into effect beginning with the 2020 season.

Generally, the new policy will ban any bag with multiple compartments. That includes coolers, purses, and backpacks regardless of size or style.

Additionally, any bag that exceeds 16" x 16" x 8" will not be allowed in the park. However, there are a few exceptions.

Drawstring backpacks will still be allowed in addition to totes and single-zip messenger style bags. Diaper bags are still allowed and backpacks used for ADA or medical reasons will also be permitted.

Any backpacks and multi-compartment bags purchased inside the park during a game will be allowed for that day only.
