MILWAUKEE -- It turns out that the rivalry between the Cubs and Brewers players on the field has fueled the competitive nature of their wives as well.

The Cubs are in Milwaukee for a three-game set starting next Monday, and on Tuesday their wives will face off in a charity softball event.

This softball game will take place at Helfaer Field, right outside of Miller Park, at noon. Proceeds will benefit Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI) in both Milwaukee and Chicago.

Packages, which start at $52, include entry to the softball game, a Loge Outfield Box ticket to that night’s game against the Cubs at Miller Park and a limited-edition Brewers tumbler. A portion of each ticket package sold will be donated to RBI.

In addition to this, the game will be commentated by Brewers' broadcasters, it will have a sausage race featuring Brewers players' children, and the wives will be auctioning off gift baskets and other items.
