MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Brewers have added infielder/outfielder Brock Holt to their roster for the 2020 season.
Holy agreed to a one year contract with a club option for 2021. To make room on the 40-man roster, the Brewers designated right-handed pitcher Taylor Williams for assignment.
President of Baseball Operations and general Manager David Stearns made the announcement on Wednesday.
Holt, 31, played for Pittsburgh and Boston before joining the Milwaukee Brewers. He has started in nearly every position except for pitcher and catcher.
