The Brewers announced Tuesday that third baseman Mike Moustakas and reliever Joakim Soria have both elected to enter free agency.
Soria came to the Brewers by way of a trade to the Chicago White Sox. The Brewers gave up pitching prospects Kodi Medeiros and Wilber Pérez.
Moustakas also came to Milwaukee in a trade. The Brewers sent outfielder Brett Phillips and pitcher Jorge Lopez to Kansas City in the deal.
