MILWAUKEE -- A walk-off home run is one of the best moments in sports no matter how you slice it. But there's something to be said for adding a little Celine Dion.

That's exactly what Twitter account @TitanicBaseball did late Friday night, adding a good helping of "My Heart Will Go On" to Eric Thames' already epic three-run walk-off blast.

Thames' home run clinched a 5-3 victory for Milwaukee over the Colorado Rockies, moving the Crew to within one game of the Cubs in the NL Central heading into Saturday's games.
