Milwaukee Brewers relief pitcher Corey Knebel will get his elbow checked out by a team specialist, according to ESPN.
Brewers manager Craig Counsell said the team doctor would perform the exam sometime Thursday. Knebel suffered some sort of UCL injury, according to MLB.com's Adam McCalvy.
Corey Knebel’s elbow injury is a UCL issue, Craig Counsell said. He will go for a second opinion. It’s not a complete tear and it’s not definitive that he needs TJ surgery, Counsell suggested.

"There's reason for concern," Counsell said.
Knebel signed a one-year, $5.25 million contract in January.
