California is dealing with its most devastating wildfire season ever on the heels of a horrific mass shooting, and Christian Yelich and the Brewers are stepping up to help.
Yelich, Ryan Braun, Mike Moustakas, and team owner Mike Attanasio all donated $25,000 each to kick off the campaign. All four call California home.
"We've teamed up with the SEVC YMCA to help all families affected by the recent devastation throughout California, as well as last year's fires," a description on the campaign website reads. "Our non-profit goal is to continue to help those affected not just now, but for years to come. Please consider donating and sharing with your friends and family. Every dollar counts!"
