MILWAUKEE -- The campaign has been hot and heavy, replete with social media, donuts and men of the cloth all in support of Brewers slugger Jesús Aguilar.

It's working.

As of noon Tuesday, Aguilar leads four competitors in the MLB All-Star Game National League "Final Five" vote.
