Loaded pork tamales and Jalapeño cheddar bacon brat burgers are the two brand new menu items Brewers fans can buy at Miller Park during the NLCS.
“There’s a ton of planning that goes into getting products from the distributor to the guest,” said Seth Vanderlaan.
He’s the Executive Chef with Delaware North which handles food and beverage services for Miller Park.
Vanderlaan said all week long, trucks filled with food and drink deliveries have been unloading at Miller Park in preparation for this upcoming playoff series.
For the first two games of the NLCS, Miller Park plans to go through 200 kegs, 50,000 hot dogs and brats and 17,000 cans of beer.
“We’re just trying to keep it fresh and keep everybody coming back because I feel like we have a couple more games after this even,” said Vanderlaan.
Vanderlaan said they are also hiring an extra 50 to 100 temporary employees to work concessions for the first two games of the series.
