How to Share the Trail with Bikers

With the Wisconsin Bike Federation

Now that the weather is warming up and the sun is finally coming out, it’s the perfect time to get out of the house and get some fresh air. But whether you’re out for your morning bike ride or evening stroll, there’s bound to be more traffic on the trails and walkways from other users as well. Jake Newborn with the Wisconsin Bike Federation joins us with tips for sharing pathways and being safe. He also discusses a new program called “Milwaukee Active Streets” to show how people can stay active while also social distancing!

For more information about “Milwaukee Active Streets”, visit their website here. And to support making biking better for people of all ages and abilities, you can join the Wisconsin Bike Federation at WisconsinBikeFed.org. (Membership comes with a free “Bikes are Essential” magnet!)
