Project RETURN has been an integral part of the racial social justice movement for four decades, helping men and women make a positive, permanent return to their communities after incarceration. To address the issue of high recidivism in Milwaukee, Project RETURN walks alongside ex-incarcerated people by providing assistance with employment, housing, drug and alcohol counseling, life skills training and more. Joining us to discuss their mission are Founder and Board Member, Pastor Joe Ellwanger, and Board President, Rodney Evans.
