WISCONSIN — Kwik Trip will be hosting an open interview day Wednesday, welcoming anyone 16-years-old or older to come in and interview for a job at any Kwik Trip location.
Back in August, Kwik Trip hosted an open interview day which resulted in around 800 people being hired. Due to that large success, the company has decided to do it again.
How it works is on Wednesday, you can walk in to any Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, Tobacco Outlet Plus, or Tobacco Outlet Plus Grocery store and interview for a job.
Kwik Trip said due to the growth of their company, they are in need of more staff. The company plans to acquire some stop-and-go locations this December which need to be staffed.
“We staff our stores with more coworkers than Stop-N-Go and are looking for coworkers who can start training now," said Recruiting Manager Stephanie Cormican. While we are hoping to have as many current Stop-N-Go coworkers join our team as possible, we will still need hundreds more in order to fully staff our stores and operate with our typical staffing levels.”
According to a press release, the company is looking for hard working and people eccentric individuals who are interested in part time, full time and leadership roles.
Applicants are encouraged to apply online here before the event
