I bet you never thought eating could be so good at a BP gas station in Menomonee Falls, but Smoked at 225 is a big hit out here.
"There's an art and science to what I do," says owner Jonas Mack. "You just can't just throw something on the grill and say I'm a pitmaster. I'm from South Carolina where smoking was a thing to do. That's the reason why it's called Smoked at 225, it's a totally different technique. You get the deep down hickory and cherry oak and apple taste in the food."

Jonas along with his wife Amy have been serving their smoked food for two and a half years and it's in high demand.
"It's southern cooking with an Asian flair," Amy explains. "Growing up we always feed our family and our friends. That's love. You prepare food for someone that comes over, you're showing how much you care and appreciate them. That's what we're doing for our customers"
