MILWAUKEE — Ouzo Cafe has been a longtime favorite Greek restaurant and bar on Milwaukee street for the past 16 years. Like every other popular spot, they've had to change operations during the pandemic.
"The thing that has drastically changed is that I can't have anybody in here," says General Manager Frank Pappas. "We've had to adapt to the delivery, carryout and curbside service, but it's been working."

"I miss the people a lot," Pappas says. "I miss weekends a lot. We're always open until 3:30 in the morning, after bar time and it's always fun. I love when the Bucks are playing you got the Brewers going, you got Bastille Days, Jazz in the Park and we've got Summerfest."
